Terms of Letting
Booking

A completed booking form and a third of the full price will guarantee the week(s) required.
Final Payment
The balance is due eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday when more instructions about keys, directions etc. will be forwarded to you.
If it is less than 8 weeks before the start of your visit, the full payment plus a returnable deposit is required immediately.
Provisional bookings
Provisional bookings will be held for 1 week.
Deposit
A returnable deposit of £50 is due with the final payment. This is to cover additional cleaning costs, damage and breakages etc. The deposit will be returned, minus any charges, after your visit.
Lettings
Lettings are from Saturday to Saturday and you are welcome at the house after 3pm on your first day. You are asked to vacate the house by 10am on the last day of your visit.
Linen and Laundry
You can either (i) bring your own linen including sheets, pillow cases, bath towels and tea towels or (ii) you can arrange, at the time of booking, for linen to be supplied at an additional cost.
Cleaning
You are asked to leave the house in a clean and tidy state. If additional cleaning is required, the charge for this will be taken out of your deposit.
Parking
There is parking available for one high axle vehicle e.g. 4x4, however, there is ample parking in the cul-de-sac, but you are asked to consider the local residents.
Communication
There is no landline at the house and mobile reception is not available. Mobile reception and public telephone boxes are available within walking distance from the house.
Fires
A barbecue is provided to be used in the garden. Bonfires are not permitted.
Cancellation
In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel, no payments are refundable. It is recommended that holiday insurance is taken out to cover for this situation and other unforeseen circumstances.
Other Conditions
We accept no responsibility for injury or death to tenants, their guests or third parties, or loss or damage to their belongings, including vehicles and their contents.
